Shanika is a certified Personal Training Specialist and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified , she also completed her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at the University of Regina. She started her fitness journey as a Beachbody coach and for a few years she helped many people reach their fitness goals using at home fitness programs. She then decided to take her love for helping others and bring it to the classroom. She became a trained INSANITY LIVE instructor and taught these classes for a year. Her love for fitness continued to grow and now a Certified Personal Training Specialist she is ready to work with you to achieve your goals.
